Corporate Giving Program
Pax World supports its employees in their desire to improve the communities where they live and work. Pax World’s Matching Gift Program offers $250 per employee per year to eligible non-profits. Pax has set a company goal of $10,000 per year in Matching Gift funds.

Corporate Volunteer Program
In keeping with Pax World’s mission and its commitment to its communities, Pax World employees are provided with paid time off for volunteer work during regular business hours. Each employee is provided one paid volunteer day per quarter to work at an established non-profit organization. Some organizations to which Pax World employees have given time include:

Hybrid Vehicle Program
Under Pax World’s Hybrid Vehicle Incentive Program, eligible regular full-time employees receive a $2,000 lump sum cash payment for the purchase (or a $1,000 lump sum cash payment for the lease) of a hybrid gas-electric vehicle. Through this program, Pax World aims to benefit both its employees and the community while showing support for fuel-efficient and reduced emissions technology.
