Job Responsibilities
- Assist in development of relational database in SQL 2005, front end interface (web) and related queries
- Document network by developing comprehensive Network Diagram
- Assist with resolving end user issues amongst the employee base of the company.
- Help in supporting remote users through GoToAssist Citrix interface
Intern Expected Experiences
- Exposure and experience with interface and design of Database development
- A broadening of technically applicable knowledge through the support of 50 users in a real world environment
- A deepening of understanding of servers their role within a domain and the structure of Active Directory
Supervisor & Direct Reports
- The Information Technology Intern reports to the Information Technology Manager
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor degree in Management Information Systems or related degree
- A solid understanding of a typical network configuration
- Some exposure to designing a relational database using the normalization process
- A good understanding of HTML and web based architecture
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skill
- High integrity, trustworthiness and ethical standards
- A positive attitude and a desire to further their current skill set
