Cummins is a diesel engine manufacturer. As part of its auto components business line, Cummins has created fuel efficient and low-polluting engines along with fuel systems and catalytic exhaust products which provide emission solutions to medium and heavy duty truck manufacturers to achieve compliance with emission regulations. In addition, Cummins’ power generation equipment unit manufactures natural gas fired combined heat and power systems which have an increasing demand due to the high efficiency of gas compared to oil.
