What fees does the Pax World Balanced Fund charge?
Because the Pax World Balanced Fund is a “no-load” fund, no sales charge or redemption fee is paid by the investor. All moneys placed with the Fund are fully credited to the shareholder’s account. Operating costs (legal, accounting, printing, advisory, etc.), are charged against the Fund’s earnings. The Fund seeks to keep these expenses below 1% of net assets annually. If the investor chooses to invest through an investment advisor or financial planner, these persons may charge a transaction fee or other fees and charges for their services.
How are income and capital gains paid?
Dividends, if any, are paid on a semi-annual basis in the months of June and December. Capital gains, if any, are distributed annually in the month of December. Investors can receive all dividends and capital gains in cash; reinvest all capital gains and dividends in their account; or receive all dividends in cash and reinvest all capital gains in their account. The daily net asset value reflects the accumulation of dividend income and capital gains that have been accrued but not distributed.
